This is a cheese that I use as a back up. Is not the best in the market but I would say is a b+ product. If you use it in preparation of other products it better than use it just on top of nachos or a sandwich.

The perfect melty cheese sauce when you dont have time to make it from scratch. Good flavor, although I usually doctor it up with smoked paprika and canned green chiles. Quality product. Stays liquidy even at room-temp.

We weren't thrilled with the Carnival King cheddar cheese sauce, it tasted "fake" to our staff and not even close to real cheese so we decided to fine something else.
