The 8" rings are very nicely built, and are commercial quality. They make a perfect paper plate sized funnel cake! You can also leave them in the hot oil without worrying about the handles getting to hot to touch without mitts. The handles do NOT get hot even after sitting in the 360 degree oil for hours. Making funnel cakes without these rings would be a lot harder. They also clean easy! We have two of these for our Carnival King fryer. Highly recommend them!

Good quality for the price. Well machined and fabricated. It comes with the fryer plate so pretty much set it and forget it. i will be purchasing the 6" funnel cake molds in the future for sure.
