The absolute bane of my existence. I've offered these to my customers and now I have to keep them on the menu or I'd take them off due to how much I hate this machine. For the first 2 wks it's great but I've went through 5 of these in 3 months. Whether it's electrical issues in the switch, them not heating up anymore, or them sticking so bad I can't even serve them they are an issue. I was so excited when I first got it because it worked great now it's something I dread. And I don't like leaving my employees with them because they take so long because half the time you have to remake it because the first one sticks. This is just an awful machine. Do not purchase it.

I'm so disappointed with this product. I bought 4 of them for my shop months ago, and they don't cook the bubble waffles properly whatsoever. One side ends up burnt while the other side is completely uncooked. DO NOT RECCOMEND

It takes only 2 minutes to make the waffle and is great when it's not sticking. After 3 months the waffle machine starts sticking so we have to use oil, and this is with daily cleaning. By the 5th month, no amount of cleaning or oil will prevent the waffles from sticking to the machine. The price is great compared to the other machines but it will have to be replaced every 5-6 months.
