liked the more compact version 21inch verses 28inch bowl. also love the snaps to base so vibration doesn't make bowl move when spinning. The solid stainless vowl is nice too,old version floss went through to base so had to clean that out as well so this is easy clean up!

After using this product for about 15 minutes, it stopped powering on and customer service was no help. Complete waste of money. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing as I see so many others have had issues with this machine as well.

We purchased this in 2019 for church events. Well of course with covid those didnt happen. We had used it 1 time last year. Opened it back up Tuesday and no power. Bought a fuse, still didnt work. I would not recommend this product at all.

This machine does do a good job, highly recommend getting the lid with it (wish they were automatically sold with them). This machine makes a HUGE mess without that lid. Otherwise, good quality for the value

This machine is such a money maker and so easy to use. Instructions are very easy to understand. The metal bowl cleans up easily with hot water.

100% junk. Literally 1 day after I couldn’t return it it died. It’s more of a novelty item than something you can actually use. It’s sitting in my basement right now. Complete waste of money!!

This machine does not work well and customer service is being more trouble than it’s worth - email after email with questions. Not helpful. On the 2nd use, hard a terrible and embarrassing event when the floss was spinning out like yarn. The machine head was perfectly clean. Definitely not buying anymore Carnival Kings.

We ordered this machine after much debate. The reviews about burning sugar really steered me away from it. But upon waiting and waiting for the one we wanted to come back in stock we reached the end of the road and had to order this one. We needed it for a a small event. They thankfully reschedule last minute. this machine just burns sugar! Upon receiving the item we noticed there was already burnt sugar on the head. We removed the top and cleaned it just as the video recommends. There was already burnt sugar in two of the screw holes, making it really hard to get the top off. We cleaned it the best we could and took it for a test run.... 7 cones later a ton more burnt sugar in the screw holes. I'm really disappointed in this machine. I'm not even sure I can use it confidently for my business.
