CCME21 Cotton Candy Machine with 21" Stainless Steel Bowl and Floss Bubble

This machine does not work well and customer service is being more trouble than it’s worth - email after email with questions. Not helpful. On the 2nd use, hard a terrible and embarrassing event when the floss was spinning out like yarn. The machine head was perfectly clean. Definitely not buying anymore Carnival Kings.

We ordered this machine after much debate. The reviews about burning sugar really steered me away from it. But upon waiting and waiting for the one we wanted to come back in stock we reached the end of the road and had to order this one. We needed it for a a small event. They thankfully reschedule last minute. this machine just burns sugar! Upon receiving the item we noticed there was already burnt sugar on the head. We removed the top and cleaned it just as the video recommends. There was already burnt sugar in two of the screw holes, making it really hard to get the top off. We cleaned it the best we could and took it for a test run.... 7 cones later a ton more burnt sugar in the screw holes. I'm really disappointed in this machine. I'm not even sure I can use it confidently for my business.

First off you spelled my company name wrong it is BKG Icee Treatz i used the maker once the day i got it i made to cotton candy cones they were great big fluffy perfect. i went to make a bunch of bags for a event by the 6 or 7th cone it smelt like it was burning the sugar and the cones were getting flatter turning the machine off. After letting run with the heater off. I saw the whole bowl was black with burnt sugar taking three hours to clean. After letting it dry i start again with in three cones it was burnt black and was burning sugar again. .The head is so burnt that the burnt sugar seeped into the screw holes. Making it hard to take off the top of the bowl. We ordered this machine to expand our business, not loose money like will be this week-end. Tell me what would you do in my shoes??

Just heat up 1 min and add sugar and its ready to go ! Good quality and sturdy material. Would recommend for personnal and commercial use.

My Cotton Candy Machine by Carnival King works amazing! I love that you are able to take it apart for storage use, it is easy to clean and operate. I also enjoy the safety feature with the bowl, at first it did not turn on, but that was because I didn't have the bowl locked in place. I feel this was a great investment.

This machine arrived on time but was so disappointed because my daughter is really looking forward to having cotton candy for her birthday but this won't turn on, new from the box. My children are so disappointed and so do I. It ruined my child's birthday celebration.

3rd time using this machine, and it wont turn on. Used once for a baby shower and once for a birthday party. Disappointed. I want to return this cotton candy maker.
