Product Features
This model works with 110 oz. cheese sauce bags. An interior top shelf holds an extra bag so you have a second one on hand and ready to go when your first one runs out. This dispenser has two buttons to allow greater control over portions. Using the red button provides a single 2 oz. portion to help keep your costs under control, but when you need a larger portion for a special request, your staff can use the yellow button to manually dispense any amount. The red button dispense time is customizable to dispense anywhere from 1 to 30 seconds using the side mounted temperature controls. It's as easy as pressing the time button and selecting your desired setting!
For easy operation and changeouts, this sauce dispenser has a simple clamp mechanism that holds your bag of cheese sauce in place while it's in use.
This dispenser requires a 120V, 225W electrical connection for operation.

Unfortunately, the temperature gauge does not work when you press the negative “ - “ to turn it down and the nacho machine… it gets extremely hot to the point to where it burns. I have checked the upmanual cannot find anything in regards to how to fix this. I have emailed and I have not heard back. I spent lots for a double nacho machine, please help by either replacing it or explaining how to fix issue.

the machine is good overall, however I wish there was a way to fix the dripping issue as well as the slow dispensing of the cheese, due to parts becoming old, I've had this machine for 2 years and its time to buy a new one. Does anyone have suggestions on the screw and how to tighten the knob that locks the dispensing syringe in place,?

This is the best machine. Worth every penny. We used to buy the cheese by the can and put in warmer. We found this is a lot cleaner and easier to install the bags. I like the two dispense choices. One is manual which we use for our french fries and the other is a set amount which is perfect for our nacho containers. Help with controlling amount used.
