Haven't used it yet and the downside is slightly my fault for not checking it sooner. I bought two for a food truck and have my first event tomorrow. I installed the first one with no problem and had unboxed it upon receiving it. The second one I left boxed till tonight and when I opened it there was no regulator in it, So now I have to go to an event with only one crepe maker. I wish I would of checked but still doesn't excuse them from forget to add it to the box. :(

I had this Crepe Maker for a while and have been using it for my crepes, I really like that it gets hot really quick and the surface is very smooth that I can make a beautiful crepe. I can clean it really easy and it easy to take care of, it won't get any rust on the surface. The only thing that I will complain is that the ignition is very loud when I using to start the fire, other than that I enjoy using it.

A fabulous surprise. French baker in Jacksonville NC, US Marines bases, nothing better than Krampouz of course. Seeing the incredible and crazy difference of prices between Carnival and Krampouz, I decided: no way I will try Carnival Liquid propane. Conclusion: business use non stop 5 days a week, 8:00-2:00, it is simply amazing: beautiful performance and heat efficiency, recycling time of the temperature between two crepes is perfectly honest as soon you learned how to use the manual thermostat. Easy see almost no maintenance: a simple cleanup of the surface every day after your shift and you are good to go. I cook not only my crepes but also Royal Omelet (eggs, cheese, heavy cream). A real pleasure. I am not a fan of Chineese technology, because often extremely poor quality. Not any matter of discussion. I am simply waited with a kind of impatience a Carnival double Liquid Propane crepe maker. Then, Krampouz will be dead! Even as a French, I swear and cry. But they are mistaken. Totally mistaken. Much too expensive. Now, no conclusion on the long term: I am using the machine since only 3 weeks. Respectfully. Patrick BERTEAUX French Baker in Jacksonville, on USMC bases.
