We're in the same boat as the other reviewers. Worked great for the first few months. 10 months in, it no longer heats consistently. Don't waste your money, bad product that doesn't last.

After being plugged in for two hours, max temperature reached was only 145 degrees instead of the advertised 150. The glass doors (quantity of 2) do not have gaskets to seal them to keep the heat inside - instead they have a gap around the entire door frame allowing heat to escape. Food safety standards require hot holding above 135 degrees, and that is unlikely to be achieved when the door is opened frequently. Save your money and purchase a different unit elsewhere.

This warmer worked great for our coffee shop pastries for 8 months. Now it’s a struggle to get it to heat. When pressing the “heat” button in the mornings, it grinds and groans and makes loud noises. Of course there is only a 6 month warranty on this item and the problems began at 8 months. Manufacturer responded to our warranty claim basically saying sorry not sorry. We couldn’t find videos or a manuel for this particular brand to maintenance the warmer or repair it ourselves. It's a lot of money to spend on replacing this item every 8 mos. Going to a different retailer for a replacement at less than half the cost.
