the mandrel works good but without the forming tool it doesn't work as well. you need the whole set to prevent burning your fingers. after using it for about a hour the handle gets hot

We bought this item because the cone roller we purchased with our machine made skinny cones. The Carnival King Cone Shaper makes Great Jumbo sized cones and able to hold more ice cream.

Very durable and heavy. We use it to help roll crepes. I did not realize how heavy this would be. It does the job but could definitely go with something a bit lighter in weight.
