Perfect for my son’s school popcorn business! Used “all-in-one” popcorn package from Webstaurant store also. No issues. Popped 20 batches in a row over the course of 2 hours, kept up with demand!

I also had multiple kettle failures. "Thank you" to Webstaurant for giving a refund so I can purchase a different make/model.

Bought the commercial popcorn machine WITH warranty and yet we have to replace the bucket (12 oz. Popcorn Kettle for PM50NR) every couple months. But now that we need it yet again, we can't get a hold of anyone to send out a new one??? We bought one (Carnival King commercial popcorn machine) a couple years ago, that one was better but the bucket would still go out but not as quick...

Pops quickly, but not efficiently. Lots of old maids. The release handle for the kettle is the worse design. IT IS NOT SAFE!!! You will get burnt without the use of an oven mitt to protect your knuckles.

We use our machine for our school store run by the special education program. After only one month of making 4-5 batches of popcorn each day during the workweek, the machine stopped heating up to cook the popcorn This is the second machine we've bought of Carnival King in the last 2 years and have had 2 other kettles sent to us for the same issue in the past. Webstaurant has been great at handling our issues and supplying us with replacements but it is clearly a manufacturing issue on Carnival King.

We Purchased this machine about 7 months ago and it began to fall apart after about 4 months. We make popcorn everyday and have used the machine a lot, so we have put it through the paces. It didn't hold up like the old machines used to. The kettle recently stopped working completely so it is inoperable now.

Had problems with the deburring and fit of the door and door hinges, ended up taking hinges off, deburring, then re-assembled leaving loose...then the doors finally fit. I contacted customer support when I first got the unit and was assured they would take care of it by Monday end of day...that was a month ago and still haven't heard back..very poor customer support...:10:54:39 AM: Johanna S. (She/Her) : I am sorry those hinge brackets are preventing you from assembling the door! I would be happy to look into this for you. One moment, please. 10:56:54 AM: Johanna S. (She/Her) : I am going to reach out to the manufacturer about this issue, and I can follow up with you on Monday 3/18 no later than 5 pm EST.
