This pump was supposed to be used for our hot caramel, but the pump doesn't reach the bottom of the bain marie and it was annoying to clean, so we threw it away and just put 32oz squeeze bottles of our hot fudge and hot caramel in the warm water.

The warmer itself works great. However we have had issues with the pump sticking when you push it down, you have to manually pull it back up. We use the warmer for nacho cheese sauce only and the pump gets thoroughly cleaned after each use. We have also lubricated it as suggested in the instructions
