We love this thing for concessions, family parties, or just to use to make really good snowcones. The ice texture is perfect. We’ve made quite a bit of money using it for concessions. It fits in a tote from Walmart for easy transport and storage.

I was very impressed with this Sno cone machine. A screw and washer jumped out after three weeks of use. I called customer service to see what steps to take for fixing this machine. The customer service agent said that I voided my warranty because I was not using it in a commercial kitchen and residence. I have a sno cone stand that I operate from. I just wanted the product fixed. I was planning on ordering a second one for use in my food truck. The machine is 5 star worthy, Customer service is 2 1/2 star worthy.

Wow is all I can really say. I ordered it I think on a Tuesday after 10pm and received it 2 days later. This is amazing. It’s excellent. I have been using a machine that I can only make about 2snowballs at a time, now I will be able to knock out my customers faster. Thanks!

AWFUL!! Machine will not shave ice. Ice gets stuck. We have to force handle to get bare minimum to no ice. I think it came damaged motor goes on and off while shaving ice. Waiting on a resolution still as I want to return it for a refund as it clearly does not work right!!!!

Carnival King SCM250 Snow Cone Ice Machine - 120V. I have purchased so many different snow cone machines in the past and this one is by far the best . it grinds up the ice to make a perfect snow cone. I f you are looking for a snow cone machine then stop looking you cant beat the price and the quality
