Not worth the money or headache. Even if you clean it all the time and lubricate all parts as needed the unit will fail. Bad design on motors I guess. Just a pile of junk in my garage now.

This is my second slush machine and it is a very, very solid machine. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to upkeep. I really like how well the internal parts sit and the ease of keeping the machine up. I've had my machine for about 7 months and couldn't be happier.

Within 2 weeks the unit stated to make a clunking noise. We've tried everything and contacting support was of no help. Regulating the temperature of this unit is also very difficult. I suspect other brands/models perform better. Will continue to try and get help to get it addresses.
