We have purchased 6 of these over the last year. Everyone of them have had issues with the top left plate going out, they are lasting about 6 months, just long enough for the warranty to no longer be effective. If you purchase these, I recommend getting the extended warranty.

This waffle iron works well so far. However, it has never been non-stick. We've had to use spray oil on it from the beginning.

This waffle maker works very good. We cooked waffles for a group of people and they came out perfect. This maker cooks much faster then my smaller waffle maker that I ordered off another site. Everone was very impressed. Also customer service was absolutely helpful with getting this unit to me in time for my event. Thank you!

The waffle maker makes great waffles, however, one side burned out after 6 months. I have replaced it with a single maker. I would have returned it but my cook decided to try and fix it. Not a good idea.

We like these because they are a good cheap option for our cafe. While they don't last years and years, they do a great job making waffle for our guests and they are relatively easy to clean as long as you do it often! Don't be nervous about your purchase but understand that you get what you pay for!

They can be plugged into the same 20 amp GFCI outlet, but cannot be plugged into the same 15 amp GFCI outlet.

To prevent food from sticking to your non-stick surface, we recommend lightly coating it with oil and wiping off any excess with a soft cloth or napkin. Applying sprays on non-stick coatings can cause food to stick more readily than using a fat or oil. Sprays can leave a glue-like coating, often missed during the cleaning process, which will begin to build up and cause foods to stick. Additionally, metal utensils and abrasive cleaners should not be used with non-stick surfaces to prevent scratching and damaging the coated surface.
