The temperature is adjustable up to 570 degrees Fahrenheit and, with a bright orange indicator light, it's simple to identify when the unit is heating up. A conveniently located lighted green switch always lets you know when this waffle baker is powered on too, providing you with additional peace of mind. The removable drip tray catches overflow to keep your countertops presentable and expedite cleanup. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

Sadly we had the same unit and used it daily for 3 years...the nonstick coating was getting rough so we ordered a replacement....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT...we returned the first one as not even one waffle came out without sticking and being mutilated coming out. The replacement unit arrived and on day 1 EVERY SINGLE WAFFLE STUCK!!!

Unsure how this works for high volume, but for our purposes (chicken and waffle sandwich special) it's excellent. No bells and whistles that can break. Simple, built well and produces a great product. Use lots and lots of aerosol spray and you'll have perfect waffles.

We use this for all the waffles in our restaurant, and it works great. We know it will heat up fast, and be reliable all day. I am so impressed, and happy with the outcome. Great texture, and soft waffles.

This waffle maker has been my worst enemy in my small cafe. Yes it's fast, it does get hot and cooks the waffles pretty well however cleaning this thing is the BANE OF MY EXISTENCE. I can't believe you can sell a commercial product that doesn't offer removable trays. I've tried to unscrew this thing and there is literally no way to efficiently clean it. All you can do is brush out the crumbs and pray and hope for the best. We are upgrading to one that has removable trays, god help you if you burn a waffle or get any crumbs in this, it won't be pretty. Trust me.

After using the carnival king waffle maker 2 times the built in timer is no longer working. We also are having a horrible time with our waffles sticking. We have tried a few different oil techniques and continue to be unsuccessful. Would not purchase this again.
